We demand service centre statistics on all devices so we can monitor their "Ruggedness" and simply put our dedication to and experience of manufacturers support pays huge dividends to our customers.
Advice
We understand support trends, the products available and will be able to provide the right advice to you, right down to the individual device being chosen. You'll get exactly what you need with us.
Execution
We do everything for you. Rolling out your solution is a very risky time for support so we always handle the support registration, activation and any training you feel your users or support contacts need, in the way you ask for it.
Account Management
Most support needs will be simple and you'll have a direct relationship with the manufacturer to deal with these. However you'll always have an account Manager here to deal with any issues you need help with, right up to escalations if required. We never go away.
