What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit/debit cards both through our website and over the phone. We can also Invoice or Pro-forma invoice business customers.

I'm a business but have never bought from you before, can I still obtain credit?
If you have a great credit rating, pass our credit scoring process and pay in a timely manner we are only too happy to invoice you. However most of our first orders require a pro-forma invoice. Please don't get upset by this, it's common in this industry and all it means is you're paying a couple of weeks earlier than you normally would!

How long will my goods take to be delivered?
We send goods using either Next Business Day or standard 3-5 day delivery service. Only NBD is available on some goods. If the goods are in stock then they will be delivered either NBD or standard delivery.

Can I track my order?
Of course! All customers get a simple login to our "Support Zone" where they can track their order and see exactly what's going on with it.

What if there's a problem?
Sometimes we run into problems. If we do we get back to you immediately, so don't worry. If you want to contact us, then the quickest way is through the support zone support area, or you can ring our sales team.
