What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit/debit cards both through our website and over the phone. We can also Invoice or Pro-forma invoice business customers.
I'm a business but have never bought from you before, can I still obtain credit?
If you have a great credit rating, pass our credit scoring process and pay in a timely manner we are only too happy to invoice you. However most of our first orders require a pro-forma invoice. Please don't get upset by this, it's common in this industry and all it means is you're paying a couple of weeks earlier than you normally would!
How long will my goods take to be delivered?
We send goods using either Next Business Day or standard 3-5 day delivery service. Only NBD is available on some goods. If the goods are in stock then they will be delivered either NBD or standard delivery.
Can I track my order?
Of course! All customers get a simple login to our "Support Zone" where they can track their order and see exactly what's going on with it.
What if there's a problem?
Sometimes we run into problems. If we do we get back to you immediately, so don't worry. If you want to contact us, then the quickest way is through the support zone support area, or you can ring our sales team.
What is Support Zone?
Support Zone is our dedicated service portal for our customers. Here you can see all of your purchases, download your invoices, track new orders, re-order devices quickly and essentially get support fast using the simple but effective support area.
You can also perform basic asset tracking of your devices. List and edit your devices, group them and in the near future, fully device manage and track them (GPS enabled PDA's only) all for free.
What else does Support Zone do?
Support Zone is a show case Service oriented product that we give to customers for free and we're developing it all the time. You can also edit your account details, gain access to our newsletter and also generate your own online quotes. We'll be asking you what you want out of it.
I've bought a Manufacturer support pack for my device, why do I need Support Zone?
Well firstly, its not just about support, its a portal dedicated to giving you the best service you can find. However we can enter your manufacturer support pack ID's into your device information so that we can then handle your manufacturer support for you. This has some great benefits:
- Make it easy for your employees to get support because they have One seamless process for all their devices, regardless of manufacturer
- Most manufacturers insist you come through your reseller anyway and we are best positioned to get you help
- Use our forums, blogs and technical experts to get wider advice on issues that cover many different technologies and manufacturers.
- Have us manage your support for you, chasing up on your behalf and informing you via email and phone when there is an update
